I have fond memories of summers playing ball with Chuck and the other kids who lived along West Jackson Road. He will always be a meaningful part of my childhood. Chuck was a competitive guy on the baseball field, and, based on his successful business career, continued that in later life.

Sandy's mother still lived on Marion when we moved onto the street in 1972. I remember seeing Chuck drive slowly by the house one time.
