Judy Huebener (Crim)

For those of you who knew Harriet (she and I were friends through most of junior & senior high), she unfortunately died young (2003) in Colorado, due to early onset Alzheimer's.   Two of our classmates attended her funeral service and spoke with her mother, Virginia.   In 2002, Mary Bland Woolley & I reunioned in Colorado with our pal Cindy Hinkley Reinking, and we all spoke with Virginia on the phone to pass on our good wishes to Harriet.  Harriet was a member of Tri-Hi-Y 62 D, and her mom was one of our sponsors/chaperones.  I'll always remember riding around Webby in Harriet's parents' convertible.   It was blue, and probably had fins. :)   Harriet was a special person, and her family was wonderful.   Fond memories.

KLOUD, HARRIET L. (HELD) Harriet L. (Held) Kloud of Lakewood, Colorado passed away on June 28, 2003. She is survived by her husband Larry; mother Virginia K. Held; and her brothers Dr. Charles Held of Reno, NV and Craig Held of Boulder, CO. Harriet was born in Wahoo, Nebraska, June 5, 1944. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, 789 Sherman St., Suite 500, Denver, CO 80203-3532. A Memorial service is to be held at the Green Mountain United Methodist Church at 12755 W. Cedar Dr., Lakewood, CO on Saturday, July 12, 2003 at 2 p.m.
